00:08:23It's like there's no room, okay? So I want us to really look at what you're doing every day, you know what I'm saying, being aware and conscious and present of what you're doing every day

00:12:54And one thing about, not only just doing business differently at speed, like when I create a hoe boss, I was talking about, you know, I'm taking care of your whole person while being in business because

00:13:07a lot of times especially if you're the brand of your business you are the brand of your business, the more that you grow the more that your business will grow

00:13:15So there's a lot of things that holds us back that has nothing to do with business things and not knowing how to do, you know, set up a sales page

00:13:24A lot of things, you can create everything and not put it out because you have like things holding you back, you know, you may not have the confidence to put it out there

00:13:36What other people are thinking

00:13:39That that's the stuff that hold you back more so than actually doing the work a lot of time

00:13:44So when we deal with ourselves then it makes our business grow exponentially when we get past those things

00:13:52So the clattering is not just about your physical space in your office, in your home and stuff like that, which it does include that because that does help things get, you know, it helps things, move

00:14:04easier when you don't have a lot of clutter, okay? So the first thing is the head, so doing the brains out of your ideas, desire Spears, and anything taken up message space, okay

00:14:15And that's going to be very helpful to people who have a lot of ideas, get them all out on paper and stuff

00:14:21Because once you have them out in front of you, then you could pay

00:14:26The next thing is like, your heart, identifying emotions

00:14:30You need to let go of that's holding you back cuz again a lot of things that holds us back, you know, it business or emotional, you know, I'm saying

00:14:38So like letting go of things that may have built up from life and traumas and stuff like that

00:14:43That's affecting how you see yourself, you know, is going to be important, you know

00:14:48And this again is just being honest with yourself and writing those things out because it's for you, you know, body, what foods and activities do you need to let So what stuff can you get rid

00:15:06of in your home? That's adding too much clutter, you know, like, Everybody got too much stuff right now I got too much stuff as much as I talk about getting rid of clutter

00:15:16I like that because I know some people signed up from other places but everybody got a bunch of stuff

00:15:26There's so many things that you can have, okay? So like releasing some of those things, it just it's just left work and make things less time

00:15:37So get rid of as much stuff as possible is going to be to your benefit

00:15:44If you're working online and I do focus on online businesses and digital businesses and products and stuff like that because you can scale that so much easier

00:18:17Like if I have something that's messing with me, a lot of times I do it on gross things and stuff, you know, like consistently staying on top of our money mindset and stuff like that

00:18:45I had to focus on getting myself back, energized and together

00:18:52This gave me the energy, so make sure that you're taken care of yourself

00:19:11But it's like a quick training is about manifestation but it's about this matter morning ritual and it tells you the length of time, which is not like setting Stone, because you do have different time that

00:19:24But exercise sunshine, do you getting outside? That may not be a part of your morning ritual, but that's part of your daily ritual because that vitamin D is so important

00:20:30Just make sure things like vitamin D cuz even if you go outside in the sun, you still may not get enough vitamin D, especially as people with color

00:20:40The doctor your skin is the more difficult it is to get you know your vitamin D, okay? Iron stuff like that if you notice that you're not having energy

00:20:52So it's beneficial to ask supplement, whole-food supplements, if you could Master meal plan, and this is like what you going to eat everyday instead of thinking about it

00:21:04Like, each day kind of make like a plan so that you can like, you know, being tested with what you put in your body

00:21:10Cause a lot of times, we think of it as an afterthought and I got to get something to eat

00:21:14And then you go, try to find something to eat

00:21:16And it's not as healthy as I need to be, or you don't have anything already prepared
-
00:21:20So you going to eat something that's easy, that's not as nutritious are not as good for you, okay? So doing that bedtime getting enough rest, you know, so like cutting off the time and I'm talking

00:21:33stuff, but my little sleep habits, been a little crazy and we have two or three so this is cuz we're already over, but get enough rest

00:21:42At least seven or eight hours

00:21:44You know, everybody don't need that all the time, but sleep

00:21:48Long as you can to feel well rested and stuff like that is going to make your brain operate

00:23:21All right, so what I want you to work on for these, I might give us like, 10 minutes the main thing I want you to work on is the How was schedule to see what your

00:23:40Because a lot of times, if you don't like, really take a good look at what your time is doing, then you don't know

00:23:46So like right out what it is that you're spending your time on I want you to do that and I do want you to do this goal planner
