With VBout's powerful reporting capability, you can create multiple dashboards with beautiful reports that could be shared across your stakeholders and company employees with just a few clicks
    • 00:00:13
I'm going to show you how you can create them, organize them, and also how you can manage your views So let's dive right into it Once you're logged into VBout, the dashboard
    • 00:00:24
reports will be your default screen Here you have sample dashboard, which is the name
    • 00:00:30
of that dashboard, a drop down to switch between all the different dashboards you have, manage your reports, full screen mode, an option to share, and I have a video on that coming up, and all the widget reports that we offer This really brings it home to us because we
    • 00:00:48
have so many channels and so many touch points that we can track that you can pick and choose the ones that are important to you Below you have all the different widgets, each box
    • 00:01:00
is a widget You can expand it to make it a full width or have them stacked side by side
    • 00:01:07
An option here to rename the widget to make it relevant to you Embed the widget and delete
    • 00:01:12
it from your view For example, I can delete the getting started, which is a helpful guide
    • 00:01:18
to get things rolling, and it's gone I can always access what I've deleted by clicking
    • 00:01:28
on the widget, and from here you have an option for getting started So I can just drag it
    • 00:01:33
and put it back That's it, as easy as that From the top, you have an option here to manage
    • 00:01:43
your dashboards Obviously, this is probably not the best naming, so I'm going to click
    • 00:01:47
my dashboards and I'll see it right in here I only have one, so it is by default the one
    • 00:01:53
that's going to load I can edit it to rename it if I like This could be main reports
    • 00:02:00
You can also name it by company employees, for example, you can have different people focusing on different reports, or you can break it down by organization like the sales reports, the lead gen and paid ad reports, etc Furthermore, what you can do here is
    • 00:02:18
create fresh dashboards so you can have reports added On the right side, you can make copies
    • 00:02:26
of dashboards This is helpful if you're managing multiple assets and domains and such, and
    • 00:02:33
you'd like to just make copies of your main report Attach them to campaign assets, which
    • 00:02:39
is a powerful functionality in VBout that lets you group all your content in one place
    • 00:02:44
It's almost like creating folders of your content, and dashboards can be part of that content You can create a task to collaborate with your team on that, and of course you
    • 00:02:54
can delete I will go ahead and create a new one, promise me for a name I'm going to call
    • 00:03:00
it my paid reports You can give it a description if you'd like, on my Facebook and AdWords
    • 00:03:10
reports with attribution, let's say Now you can make this your default dashboard if you
    • 00:03:20
like That means the next time you log into the system, it's going to load by default
    • 00:03:24
for you This way, you won't have to switch between these two You see them right here
    • 00:03:31
now Here we go We have a blank canvas In the next video, I'll show you all the different
    • 00:03:36
options for widgets and how you can use them on this view
