      One of the big habits I see happening in the Tai Chi world is people do the far jinn at the speed of the form

      So they'll feed slowly, long slow, deep, give your partner a balance, correct your structure and if you make too much of a habit of doing a slow rate of transformation when you separate balance when you want to do it fast it's more difficult So allow a certain amount of really high speed releasing

      So you can build different personality profiles and then once you have them you just enter that profile

      Your partner comes home from work, they're all stressed out and you go, I've got to listen to them for 20, 30 minutes, maybe an hour

      They don't need to say words, you can sit there in peace and it's all done

      You say very time efficient

      So you work out a way to make it very efficient time wise

      And if let's say you're putting your kids to sleep, you put them in a comfortable, relaxed, secure state, you open up the matrixes and put that theater range into their body and then they just drift off to sleep

      And if you're telling them a bedtime story, do it with monotone

      Just pull, tune the voice cords into the feeling of energy and there's a cat sleeping on the bed and the cat's falling asleep

      And you put that monotone life force frequency so that the mind can't dance

      You don't want the mind to go up, down, up, down, you don't want any of that because it creates too much activity

      When you pull it into monotone and you're live in a life force on theater, you'll find that range where people start getting the REM on the top of their eye

      And then it doesn't matter what you say, it's irrelevant, it's the feeling underneath which leads their mind into a sleep state

      You don't have to read for 20 minutes, you read for two minutes as bedtime story for your kids, you know, and off they go to sleep

      And you have a certain mask you put on to perform that task

      So a policeman pulls you over, they're walking up, it might be a female police officer

      You feel a bad boy

      And she lets you go, efficient, few seconds and you're gone

      So every task in life you've got to find a way to do the task more efficiently with this information

      And it's just a matter of creativity and how you can bridge in a daily life

      So even though we're using these martial bouncing each other, that's just a way to understand how it works and measure your energetic skill, your mental skill, your astral skill, your physical skill

      Because it's very measurable when you're working with people's balance

      And then start diversifying all these different uses and you have to write them down

      Now the most efficient way I've found to teach this is to have a big whiteboard behind you, write down exactly what you teach

      So you might have seven steps in the information, you write it down

      And you give everyone else a whiteboard, a small one, and they write down what they're doing in their own words and what they're experiencing and how to improve what they're doing

      And if you're in a martial arts school, you've got bags hanging around and wooden dummies, and they're up against the wall, just on the chairs, wherever there's a bench, they just put them anywhere they can so everybody can read each other's notes

      And you always say, write neatly because everyone's got to read what you've written

      Make it worth reading

      And so everybody is creating unconscious learning programs for everyone else to indulge in on top of the notes you've written on the wall

      Someone might have, keep the spine straight, open, stretched and released and let the energy flow from above the crown into the ground

      And they might have that, they're going, I've got to remember that

      A few minutes later, your eye catches another note, another note, another note, and you're making micro adjustments to the drill that you're doing because everyone's emphasizing different aspects of what they need to work on and you're picking up on that and improving yourself

      And those little white boards where you write all your notes down, you're writing them for everybody in the room, not for yourself

      This is improving you, but it's improving everyone else

      And if there's 20 people training, you have 20 little white boards positioned all around the place

      I found this to be the most efficient way of learning and training

      It generally only works in suburbia because you've got to have a permanent venue, you've got to be able to put the white board up somewhere

      You have to have the small white boards available around the room so people can just grab them, wipe them clean and write their notes on it all every time

      If you're doing this around the house, have at least one white board somewhere in your home and a couple of small ones just laying around at the coffee table

      For some reason, when you write something big on a white board, you can't miss it

      You know, one-inch high letters and it's like, yeah, that's a good idea, but remember to do that, practice that way and make those adjustments

      You've always got to be in this space of checking your progress, seeing how you're going and how to improve for your growth rate

      So at first, you might think it's unrelated to doing far gin and I just can't get better at far gin

      And then the healing work allows your mind to penetrate more deeply through all the astral layers

      You go back to the far gin, oh, my far gin's better now, even though it's a side effect of healing, but you may not directly see correlation until it happens

      And so the way to improve yourself isn't always obvious and direct

      It can be very indirect, a side effect of something else

      So you'll find, every time you find a hack to make things easier and better, write it down so it becomes a part of your strategy for improving other skills

      The comparison is you can't even compare it

      So your healing skill goes through the roof

      And you note that and you go, OK, well, how can I put more stress in my system? You know, hold a deadlift bar, release on that, expand six metres out around me, and then you're ready to go to bed early while holding the bar

      And then how you do that most efficiently to amplify your healing capacity

      If you do hold a deadlift bar and make your system radiate, ten minutes before your client shows up, and then you have ten minutes recovery breathing and you're glowing and your client walks in the door, you're in an empowered state

      Sort of like they got no chance of resisting your healing power

      You're not able to know it because you're radiating so much

      And I've had students do that and they go, it just works

      OK, so from the air element that, that speed of releasing the mental matrix with air element, and measuring that speed on each issue, and then pumping air element through the mental matrix into the balance to balance the person, you can move the air element into any of the bodies through the mental matrix

      So you can go straight up into the balance itself and lead the balance, which gives that type of effect to a person's out of balance while they're hopping or moving sideways

      So standing practice and power won't help you if you can't open the mental matrix and extend your mind and stretch your energy through them

      without touching a person, you have to send the vital energy to the mental body to get it to get a good strong effect with a minimal amount of energy It to
