In this video, we're going to go over the non -standard footer legal paid section of the MOBI first agency template

We'll cover a couple variations to the legal paid section, how to delete it or modify it for your own business website

First off, remember, this is just a template, a place to begin setting up your business website

It is not a complete, ready -to -go website

You have to do work on it to make it your own

With that said, let me show you one major area that is different than any other template that you have access to

I would suggest you take and edit this out by deleting it

The section here, I would delete it or you could add pages over here and put in your own documentation

Again, this section here was created for my own personal site and I did not use the standard legal and privacy section, which you see here

As you can see, there's nothing in any of these sections

I bypassed this area and created my own pages and legal pages for the footer

Here's how we're going to fix it

The first thing you want to do is go down to the bottom of your phone

It's easier this way and then just click where it says edit

Right here in the middle, this content block, I don't know why that did that, but let's try this again

This content block right here is this section and this section

So open it up as you can see, I love this thing anyway, as you can see, here's your company name that the majority of you have already figured out

However, what you don't see is this information here, which are the links here

So to delete it, you just have to go highlight all this and delete and then save

Once you've done that, this section here will go away

And then what you'll see is this in the middle, your company information here, and links over here that you will have to link up yourself

But this section here will be gone

Now, the next thing you want to do is you're going to need or the majority of people are going to need the legal pages

So you click here on footer or excuse me, you click here on legal and privacy, fill in your own terms of service, privacy, your cookie policy, and your disclaimer

Save and update that and those pages will appear here instead of what you just deleted

Now, on the other hand, if you want to keep this section, then you will have to create new pages

You would click create a new page, just click an empty page

Call it privacy and create the page
