In this video, I'm going to discuss the columns of text widget

The columns of text widget is a useful way of displaying multiple items or elements in a nice column that looks especially good on mobile devices

As you can see here, we have a simple training site and below that we have a columns of text widget that has multiple elements in it that can display all that information on top of each

It's very easy to use when you first create your columns of text widget

You have your main title and your subtitle and your intro text that you can put

This will appear above the columns of text and the list items is where you would add the different elements

Simply click add a new item to the list in order to add items and this will add all that information into that column below that you can control the list style and layout

This will determine how many columns it is on mobile devices or on desktop devices and how the images are aligned

And below that we have our standard additional options that you can find on many other widgets, such as the mobile only or desktop only in the additional style which will let you control the margin and

Now when it comes to creating your columns of text, you want to add all of the information in a row for all the elements you want to display

Simply click add a new item to the list or you can edit an existing item and this will let you control that content

It's very similar to other widgets such as content blocks and headers where you have your main title, your subtitle and your main text

You also can schedule this to be published at a later date and you can add one or more images

You can browse your computer and upload images or drag and drop into this box and you'll be able to upload the image from there

Always remember to save an update after you upload images

You can add some filters or slider transitions if you have multiple images

You can choose an icon if you would prefer as well

There's also buttons you can add so if you want to add any button of any kind, you can do so here

After you're done with adding all your information, remember to save an update and this will create that element for that column of text

Then simply go back to the columns of text either by clicking the columns of text widget at the top here to go back a page or by clicking the back to this widget button at the

From there, simply add your new items to the list to continue adding to the column or if you're happy with the columns, then always remember to save an update and it will save that information
