In this video, I'm going to discuss the Flip Card widget

The Flip Card widget is a fun and useful way to display a virtual card that you can flip to see the opposite side of

This is especially fun on touchscreen phones where you can use your finger to manually flip the card

As you can see on the display on the right here, we have a very simple website with nothing but a Flip Card on it, and we have Side 1 with this beautiful waterfall, and when we

click this button or click the image, it will flip it to Side 2 and show us whatever is on Side 2

Flip Cards have two sides, and they're very easy to use

When you create a Flip Card widget, just like every other widget, you can have your initial titles, intro, and text right here

And the card sides are where you would add the two sides

If you have no sides, there'll be a button that says, create a side, and you can create two sides and put whatever you want on them

When we open one up, as you can see, it's very similar to a content block and many other widgets on the website

Simply add your title, text right here, and you can add your image right here

You can browse and upload from your computer, or you can drag and drop onto the box here, and make sure you click the upload button in order to upload the image

You can then add different slider effects, or if you have multiple images, slider transitions

If you have a video, you can paste the video URL right here, and you can even add buttons to the widget if you'd like, and have buttons on one side or both

The tags are used to search for specific items, anything that you associate with a tag will be used to link to other tags and be searchable

And the SEO, Open Graph, and URL, this is used for the search engine optimization

If you have knowledge or any of this information, you can paste this here, otherwise you can just leave it alone, and it will optimize automatically

And the similar and nearby items is where you can associate similar items, just like many other widgets that we have, and the comments will allow you to enable comments for this particular site or this widget

Once you have created all the information, uploaded everything, and filled it all out, remember to save an update, and this will then save that site for a flip card

Go back to the flip card when you're done, and then you can have either a one -sided flip card that will show the mirror image, whenever you flip it over, and it will show the inverse,

or you can add a second side and it will show whatever you put on the second side

And then the flip card can then be manually flipped, either by clicking on it on a computer, or using your phone on a touchscreen device, like I mentioned earlier, which is especially fun
