Hi everyone, Alan here, as white label owners, many of you are probably going to want to create and use your own health articles or videos or at the least modify videos for your users that are

To accomplish this, once you've created your video or text file for your users, you have to either download the video from your own video hosts such as Vimeo, Dropbox, or YouTube, or you can copy and

paste the text of an article into the article body section

With that in mind, here's a quick tutorial of how to create a new help article

First, you have to be here in the Manage Help section

Next, you click on the little green plus sign, click OK

Then you have to fill in the title

I'm just going to put test article and you have to put it where you want it to go

Next, if you're planning on adding a video, first thing you do is go to, obviously, we're using Vimeo, copy the embed code, back over here, click here, paste in your embed code, center it, and again,

You just copy the HTML code, paste it in here

And just remember, when you copy HTML code, the only thing you want to do is copy from the body to the end of body
