00:00:00In this video, I'm going to be discussing the Maps widget
-
00:00:03The Maps widget is a pretty straightforward widget which will allow you to put an address onto your website which will display as a map which users can then use their own Maps application to navigate to
-
00:00:16It's pretty simple to use, simply input your title and your text right here at the top
-
00:00:22And the main map details is where you would put the map information
-
00:00:26You put your address here in the Geocoding address and this will find the closest address on Google
-
00:00:31If that doesn't work for any reason, you can put the address here directly and it will display that address
-
00:00:37You can add text on the button
-
00:00:39If you don't put any text, it'll just leave the address as the text
-
00:00:43And you can turn the button on and off if you want an actual button to link to that address and as well as set the height on desktop, mobile and zoom
-
00:00:53The additional options are the same as other widgets that let you control the mobile only or the desktop only versions
-
00:01:00And you can adjust the margins and even add a custom background if you so choose
-
00:01:04Once you have added all of your details for the map and the address correctly, always remember to save an update your widget, this will then save an update that map and users can then click this
-
00:01:17button in order to navigate to that specific location
-
00:01:21And that's how easy it is to use the Maps button
