In this video, I'm going to be discussing the roadmap widget

The roadmap widget is a visual timeline of events or planning schedule for pretty much anything you want

You can make a roadmap about anything and you can customize what those steps are and what's in that roadmap

As you can see, this is just a very simple roadmap, a very basic one that I built just for training and there's only just the roadmap widget here and what this does is this allows you

to create the different steps within that roadmap

So when you first create a roadmap, this will be blank with steps and you would simply click add a new item to the list in order to add a new step

You can also do an intro titles and text right at the top that'll be displayed above

And the steps are very simple to use

As you can see, you can create a new one or you can edit existing steps

When you create a step, you'll have the details, which is very similar to the content block

The main title is at the top

The subtitle is right below that and then you have the text as well

And you can even add an image if you so choose by dragging and dropping from your computer or browsing and uploading from there

You can also just do a standard icon if you want as well

The status and scheduling will let you publish this at a later time

You can set this to draft so it won't be visible or no index so that it won't be visible to search engines and web crawlers

You can flip this if you don't want to show an image or an icon and change the background as well

When you save that step, it'll add that step to your roadmap and then you just simply add a new item to create multiple steps

However many you'd like with whatever images or content you want

Once you're done with that roadmap, you can then customize the look a little bit

As you can see, we have just a few selections here

This first one will have the images on the left and then the text right below that

But you can switch it up a little bit if you'd like

This one will change it up, put the images on the left with the text on the right, make the images a little bit smaller

It's up to you how you want it to look and the additional options are similar to the other widgets

You can switch this to mobile only or desktop only and additional styles will let you control the margins and backgrounds
