00:00:09First, let me give you a quick overview of what fellow is Trello

00:00:14Is a project management software that you can use to work on your project or you can use it with a team to get projects done

00:00:23This is a Trello board, okay? And what is broken down into list, these our list which are broken down into cards
-
00:00:33These are cards okay and within the card you can write descriptions notes and instructions, okay? And you can add legs attachments, pictures gifts like this
-
00:00:48As well as checklist Etc

00:00:52You can add labels
-
00:00:54You see we have labels here and do they hear the due date? Right here? You can add two days and you can assign tasks to your team members
-
00:01:04You can also add automation using an in-house app called Butler
-
00:01:12Okay
-
00:01:12And you can add rules and stuff to give this board more functionality
-
00:01:16We're not going to get into that today or you can add power-ups, which will they will help you connect to integrate other apps to your bored and you can add only one app integration for board
-
00:01:30as well as the limited version of Butler automation as a free user
-
00:01:37So you can use the Trello editor

00:01:46Like if you ride in here or you can use like markdown, which is a simple formatting tool

00:02:32So let me show you how to do that first

00:02:34You want to make sure that you're logged in or sign up for new free account

00:02:58Okay, okay, so after you have an account for Trello, Then you want to copy this board and so how you do that? You're going to go and click the show menu right here

00:03:12This is the menu you want to click on this and then you want to go back one cuz I don't know why, but if you hit the back button you can get on this board which

00:03:24is the menu and you want to go down two more
-
00:03:27And then you want to click on copy board and then you want to put the name of the board in here so you can call this, whatever your name is, your name goals board

00:03:45And then when you hit create, that's going to create a new board that you can write in, okay? And you want to make sure that you keep these chat where you keep all the card and

00:03:57it's a car

00:03:58So you can have all of this stuff in the board

00:04:00If not, it's going to be a blank for it, and that's if you can purchase

00:04:04And that's it, you want to

00:04:06Once you do that, this board is going to be private for you

00:04:11So nobody else will be able to see what's on your bored
-
00:04:13I just made this public so it'll be easy for you to download

00:04:16And so now the board is all yours

00:04:20So next we're going to talk about this particular for the whole bus goes board

00:04:26And this board will help you to see the big picture in the major areas of your life and is going to help you to set you up for success

00:04:35And for more balanced, use this board to set your whole goals and break them into actionable steps for your life and business

00:04:45We need to get clear about our desires and what we want in our life
-
00:04:49So this board also contains like templates to create your own digital vision board, which I am going to do in a separate video because I want to show you how to download this and edit this

00:05:10And what we're going to start with, if you use this, the whole boss of gold planter worksheet, You can use that but basically we're going to go through this inside of the Trello board and this

00:05:24kind of gives like a more simplified version and the first thing that you want to do is to identify your true desires and each of these major areas of your life and this will be the

00:05:35underlying driving factors to accomplishing your goals

00:05:38So you have help
-
00:05:39You have family, you have wealth and you have business within family is relationships
-
00:05:45Now I used to have that taken separately but it's still separate in your Trouble board but on this you know worksheet I have it, you know, included and family
-
00:05:55Okay
-
00:05:55So after you decide what your true desires are then you want to break that into big picture hole goes
-
00:06:05So this is the big gold based on your ultimate desires
-
00:06:09See you get your goals from what you really truly want
-
00:06:12And these goals should be specific and measurable so that you can actually I know when you're actually accomplishing them and so it's the same areas
-
00:06:24And first, you want to write your big picture whole goals that you want to write this more actionable steps
-
00:06:28Then you want to write your Milestones that you want to hit, okay? So within the Trello board, it goes a little bit deeper and also add your Roblox and it also helps you to change those
-
00:06:40actual steps into habits rituals and systems
-
00:06:43Okay, so let's go into that but I just wanted to show you that you can use this so that you can be clear or what type of pictures that you want to put into your digital

00:06:53vision board

00:06:53I right
-
00:06:54So that's the purpose of this because your vision board is supposed to help you
-
00:06:59And I'm inspire you and help you to see a visual image of what your goals and desires are But let's go back in here

00:07:09All right, so in here

00:07:13Okay, again, I'm not going to go over there, if imma do this in a separate video

00:07:16So, this board is basically a big old, like this were a hopeless cause Planet worksheet

00:07:22So here's your ultimate desires

00:07:25Hear some instructions in here as well so this is an example of what I want so help I want to be sexy Barbara instead, that's my ultimate desire

00:07:35I want to be healthy by Brent in that I'm sexy Barbara, is it? Okay for help? I want to be able to give freely be debt-free and have Financial Freedom family

00:07:45I want to have a stable Orly Home full of love and Trust for my children and properly, prepare them for adults, but that was before they were adults
-
00:07:53They are now adults
-
00:07:54And, you know, when I first made this before, so that may change love, which again, on the worksheet is under Family, Soul of relationships

00:08:03I want to secure relationship, full of love, passion punch, rust, instability, and B
-
00:08:08I want a property business with clients
-
00:08:10I love working with and that can make money on autopilot
-
00:08:14So I have more time to spend with the people
-
00:08:16I love doing the things I love
-
00:08:17That's my ultimate desires, okay, so, you want to put your ultimate to stop Desires in here
-
00:08:24So, like, help I want, you know, you just want to do a separate card for that
-
00:08:30I want a stable or be home
-
00:08:32So I already went over all the different desires
-
00:08:35I want that was in the one card and I just broke those out in two separate cards
-
00:08:39Okay, so now that, you know, your ultimate desires than you want to move over here to creating your big picture whole goals and their structures are right here
-
00:08:48So basically you want to identify your big goals based on your ultimate desires and these goals should be specific and measurable goal will be labeled with the color that represents each of the four major areas
-
00:09:00of your life, or make an individual card or each big ol
-
00:09:05Start best to start with one big goal
-
00:09:08For each area of your life
-
00:09:09So right your big old title at additional info and side of description at a checklist for your small actionable steps
-
00:09:18On your big old car that's already in here has already done for you
-
00:09:22Small actionable steps to reach this big goal at a checklist for your Milestones, you want to hit to let you know you're on the right track to achieving your goals, on your bingo card
-
00:09:34Again the Milestones a right here and then you want to add a checklist for the Roblox that can hold you back from achieving your goal
-
00:09:43That's also on your big old card
-
00:09:46So this is the Roblox you want to write
-
00:09:48Those are imma show you an example of all this in a second and then add a checklist for the deli hours, which stands for habits and systems

00:10:08So lastly, create individual cards for each small actionable steps, to add instructions to La progress or make notes

00:11:56Okay so I just kind of did a big know what I think it would take for me to ask me, Reach This goal and soul here for my action steps

00:12:05You know my small actual steps

00:12:06Drink a green smoothie every morning
-
00:12:09Eat a large style deli for lunch walk, 20 minutes, daily drink, 8 oz, glasses of water, daily drink, detox tea weekly
-
00:12:19So those are the actions that's that I chose to do that

00:12:23I feel with help me to do that
-
00:12:25So if you notice, this is already kind of like habits, or rituals and systems, because I do have a morning, I'm ritual, which includes a lot of these things
-
00:12:34So if you don't have that, that's the Magic Money Makeover

00:12:37And then the Milestones
-
00:12:41So these are the Milestones that I'm probably going to head
-
00:12:43I'm going to release my first 5 lb
-
00:12:45That's milestone
-
00:12:46Shave one inch from my waist released 10 lb total consistent in Daily, healthy routine for 2 weeks
-
00:12:55Halfway mark with least 15 lb total drop a dress size would least 20 lb total release 25 lb total released 30lb
-
00:13:05So those were some Milestones that I feel like I can reach that I can celebrate at each Milestone and it helps to know if I'm actually on the right path

00:13:14So instead of just going old 0 pounds to 30 lb and I'm losing and so the next thing or some Roblox

00:13:21So here are a few wrote spots that I thought that I may have with sticking to this go

00:13:26So I'm unable to stay motivated to work out each day, not having enough money to sustain a healthy lifestyle friends, invited me out to dinner and function having to cook regular milk for my family

00:13:39Okay, so these are not necessarily mine

00:13:42These are you know Roblox that I thought what happened with most people You know, so in right here I didn't write any examples but basically, because you could just copy these things that you're going to

00:13:54be doing everyday and stuff like that or, you know, a few times a week or once a week and stuff like that

00:13:59And you can put that in here because that's what's important

00:14:02Like once you take the initial small action step like what do you need to do everyday? That's going to help you to maintain that goal or actually achieve the goal and small bite-sized action steps

00:14:17Okay, so that's what that's for here

00:14:19So, basically instruction, so once you do that big goal, you kind of just want to where was the instruction? The instruction was like, once you do the big ol, create individual cars for each actual steps
-
00:14:35so that you can take notes and do whatever you need to do

00:14:38I didn't put any in here

00:14:39So it's really easy to to take these steps like right here as I do this say, I wanted to make this into action cards, I could do it like this

00:14:55Convert 2 card

00:14:57So each one of these I can Imma just click it

00:15:02So convert the car also that took it off of here, that's one thing, so you got to be mindful of that
-

00:16:25Beliefs make me feel like I'm not worthy or that

00:16:27I'm an imposter spending too much money without enough coming in on able to attract new clients

00:16:31Not being consistent with my content, not being consistent with my marketing

00:16:36And so like, if you know what, the Roblox can be, then you can start putting in things in place to help you to overcome those Roblox

00:16:44So if you're not, if you know, you're not going to be consistent with your contact me, if you could do things like back in your content, Maybe you can do like, oh I'm going to pick

00:16:53something simple that I love to do and I'm going to focus on that, you know, so simplify you can get help and you can hire out things
-
00:17:01So instead of like trying to lights, create your videos, playing your video, edit your videos, all of that, you can hire somebody to actually help edit your videos
-
00:17:11So if you know, it's going to be a problem that maybe you can figure out things that you can do to write curve those blocks, all right? And again, whatever habits and stuff that you could
-
00:17:22put in here every day
-
00:17:23So maybe a habit will be that
-
00:17:26I create a post on Instagram every day or a post on Tik-Tok everyday or I do a weekly podcast something like that
-
00:17:33That's different
-
00:17:34That's a daily hours for the can bi-weekly, you know, you know, it could be weakly and stuff like that as well
-
00:17:39So that's how you use this board and this is going to make it more likely for you to reach your goals because you have an actual plan that you can look at every day
