In this video, I will be discussing my plans page, my plans page, and the manage platform section

This will let you create and manage your plans for your users

This is going to be one of the first things you want to do after you set up your domain and your platform

You want to create a plan so that users can sign up

You can see here we have some different test plans

You can see the different prices

There's one time payment plus recurring monthly payments, and there's different modules available

You can set for each one, and you can determine what's available within those modules

You can even set a trial, if you'd like

So it's a very simple matter of creating a plan

You simply click the create plan button, and this will let you create a plan

This will actually hide the plan from purchase, but users will still be able to purchase the plan if they have the URL

It just won't show it anywhere on your site

So you would turn that on if you want people to be able to sign up and you want the plan to be visible

And you can set the available modules right here

You can hold down control and select individual modules that you want this particular plan to have access to

And these are the modules that are available and they have access to on the left side

On the right side here is modules shown as blocked

And this will actually show the module, but it'll have it locked with an icon of a little lock and it's grayed out

And users would have to upgrade in order to gain access to that

So if it's not selected on either one, it's not going to be visible at all

But if you select something on the right side, it's going to show that as blocked and it'll entice them to upgrade

So that's just more ways to control your platform

You can set the pricing right here

There's recurring price

So if you want, you can set however recurring price you want as far as monthly, yearly, we can give you three months, six months, weekly, two weeks or daily price

And you can do a one time setup initial fee

So you can do like a large initial fee and no recurring or you can do any combination, which is nice

And you can even set a trial right here

This will enable a trial, which will last however many days you set

And once that trial is set, users would be able to sign up for the plan for free without having to purchase immediately

And they would have access to all the modules on the plan

However, once the trial expires, it'll lock them out of their account and they would then have to purchase the plan

So that's just another way to control your plan

And you can also set additional details in the plan right here

If you switch the default plan, this will register users in that plan who don't select a plan

So anybody that doesn't select a plan, this will automatically put them in that plan

And turning this on will make the plan visible in the platform so that users can buy it along with other visible plans that are viable in the platform

You can also flip this switch so that it'll turn it solo, meaning that it'll only show this plan in the platform

You can have multiple plans, viable in the platform

And if you switch one of them to solo, it'll hide all the other plans and only show that particular solo plan

And you put your plan description right in here

And you can also add custom terms of service

So custom terms of service, you would just simply type your own terms of service, otherwise they would use the default

And you can also create registration codes as well

Now what this feature will do is when you generate and append a thousand new codes, this will attach these thousand codes to this plan

And only somebody with these codes would be able to sign up for the plan

So essentially you could make like a discounted plan and then give these codes away so that people can sign up at a discount

But only somebody with one of these thousand codes will be able to sign up for the plan

And once that code is used, it will lock that code and it is no longer usable

So just keep that in mind

So once you have your plan set, your modules available and you have set which modules you want to be able to access, you make sure everything saved and then you can actually customize those modules if

they have access

So many modules such as the mobile and desktop sites, they have the ability to actually customize how you want, how many numbers of pages per site

So you can have a maximum or a pages per site

You can also block the e -commerce

So people won't have access to like the e -commerce features such as the catalog and product widgets

And you can make a separate plan for that

And you can also set your available widgets

So if you only want to give away certain widgets to certain people, you can do so right here

And if you have templates imported, you can select which available templates are right here

So once you have all of your settings set, you would simply save the page

Now notice not everything has settings such as the proposals in the invoice

They are already basic and all customization is done within that module

So they don't have any settings

But once you have everything set and you have created your plan, users would then be able to sign up for your plan

You can also create a user manually with that plan and they will have access to all of the modules that that plan has and any trial if applicable

And it's really that simple to create a plan
