00:00:33Under the e -commerce section, you can manage what happens when a user leaves and abandons their cart without actually paying

00:00:41Keep in mind, in order for this to work, you have to have the login and users and registration enabled on your site

00:00:49So a user has to be logged in and registered in order for this feature to work

00:00:54But if a user is logged in, then they can add items to the cart and the cart abandonment management will help you remind them if they don't finish payment

00:01:04Simply click the cart abandonment management after you have enabled registration on your e -commerce site and then you can enable the abandonment feature by flipping the switch and saving the page

00:01:18You will then be able to write emails that will be sent out to users that have not finished payment

00:01:25You can send up to three separate emails at different intervals to anyone who has logged in and added items to their cart

00:01:34Simply click the hours to wait and this will determine how many hours after the cart is abandoned that the email will be sent

00:01:44You then type in your subject and then you can type in the body of the email below and then save and update the page

00:01:59This will then send out an email after that set number of hours to a user reminding them that they still have items in their cart and that they should finish payment
